CNA Training Classes in Raleigh, NC

The health field is experiencing a high demand for specially trained and educated professionals. While some health professions require a four year degree or more, there are a variety of certifications that can be completed in a relatively short amount of time. Becoming a Certified Nurses Assistant (CNA) is a great opportunity for those individuals who would like to work in the health careers field and also need to find work quickly.

In order to become a licensed CNA in North Carolina, individuals must complete an accredited certification course and pass a written and skills examination. By completing these requirements, newly licensed CNAs will enter a growing field that is expected to grow by 19 percent in the next five years. Listed below are a few certification CNA courses in the Raleigh, NC area to help prospective CNAs get started with their career !

CNA NOW Training, 4913 Professional Court, Raleigh, NC 27609 (1 888 – 591 – 5553): They advertise this certification to be a one-day course and it costs $250. They also offer courses in Charlotte, Greensboro, and Shelby.

Carolina Allied Health Training Center (2 day CNA classes), 5870 Faringdon Place Suite 100, Raleigh, NC 27609 (919 890 – 0730: Boasting a 99% pass rate, this location provides options for a 4 Day CNA Training Course and 1 Day and 2 Day CNA Refresher Courses (designed for past CNAs who need to be re-certified). The cost for the 4 Day Course is $450 and between $99 – $190 for the Skills Refresher Course.  Website

Danielle Hossler, RN CPhT, (704 496 – 2618). This Registered Nurse and Certified CNA Instructor offers CNA Training Course in Indian Trail and Greensboro, as well as a Home Study CNA option. On-location courses are $175, plus an additional $25 for the optional Clinical Class (recommended). The Home Study CNA option costs $175 for the materials and students are responsible for paying for the licensing exam fee of $101.

Care One Health Training Institute, 309 Chapanoke Road Suite 116, Raleigh, NC 27603 (919 773 – 7165): This location prepares students for the State Approved Competency Exam. The Nurse Aid 1 program costs $650 and is between four and seven weeks long, depending on the type of schedule selected (day, night, weekend). Care One Training also offers a Nurse Aid 2 course, which builds on the skills learned in Nurse Aid 1. This course costs $875 and is ten weeks long for the day course and 12 weeks long for the night course.     What place in nc offers a one day training course and will i be able to take boards do u also offer a lpn refresher course if not can u guide me in the right direction
