I recently became certified and started work two weeks ago! I work in a big hospital in Los Angeles and I am extremely happy. I just wanted to encourage anyone who is pursuing to become CNA not to give up and keep pushing forward! God bless and good luck.

  9. Eileen Topping says:

    Dear Cindy Fieldman:

Do you mind saying where (what school) and when you got certified? Also, how long you had to wait, how long the program took, and how many credit hours you had to take?

I’m always worried that I’ll fall into a scam-school/program that won’t be worth anything when I get done.

    Thank you!

Hey everyone! I just moved to Los Angeles from Arizona and would like to become a certified nurse aid. I was a volunteer for a local hospital and got lots of hands on training working there. I can only afford around $300 for schooling, does anyone know of a great cna class in LA that charges $300 or less?

Any help or tips will greatly be appreciated!!!
